Secure shirt standard before mass production by evaluating size, color, finish and accessory behavior before and after washing.
The same washing scenario does not apply to every product
The product may aim for a washed appearance or only the care performance of the fabric may be verified. If the purpose of the test, temperature, program and drying method are not written down, the results cannot be compared.
How to read shrinkage measurement?
Measurement points should be taken with the same method before washing and after conditioning. Changes in length, width and piece basis are interpreted in terms of whether pattern compensation is required.
- Body and arm length change
- Chest and skirt width
- Collar and cuff circumference
- Seam puckering and turning
Color and surface control
Color loss, piece difference, surface pilling, interlining swelling and button behavior should be examined not only on the fabric piece but also on the finished product. The result must comply with the instructions on the care label.
