Production flow
We assess the shirt or pyjama category, approximate quantity, target quality and delivery requirements together.
Measurements, pattern, fabric, buttons, labels and other garment details are defined around your brand objectives.
We assess the first sample, record the required changes and progress towards an approved product.
Approved measurements and product criteria are transferred to the production file; the fabric and cutting plans are then prepared.
Collar, cuff, stitching and measurement details are monitored at defined inspection points during production.
Finished products are checked for appearance, measurements and workmanship, then prepared according to the agreed packaging requirements.
