1. Data controller
Personal data regarding your communication and production enquiries within the scope of this website are processed by Erten Tekstil ve Örme Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi as the data controller.
You may submit requests to info@ertentekstil.com or by post to İkitelli OSB Mah. Hürriyet Boulevard, Deparko Sitesi No:1/19, Başakşehir/Istanbul in writing.
2. Information processed
When you use the contact, production request or technical package form, the following information may be processed:
- Full name, company, role and buyer profile
- Email address, telephone number and, optionally, a website or LinkedIn address
- Product category, approximate quantity, target date, delivery country, target market, tech-pack status, fabric, quality, delivery and budget requirements, and message content
- Model, fabric, color, size, accessory, label and packaging information you enter in the technical package tool and optional reference images; PDF created from this information
- Transaction data such as the page from which the form was submitted, site language, submission time and enquiry reference number
- If you consent to marketing measurement: GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID and UTM campaign parameters, together with first- and last-touch attribution data
- Product or order documents that you choose to share in subsequent communications
3. How we collect information
When you press the open submission or PDF download button on the form, your information is transmitted to Erten's internal communication service via the site's API. The service verifies the request, generates a request number, and sends the content to authorized corporate email addresses. In the tech pack tool the same PDF is attached to the email; When the sending is successful, the file is downloaded to your device.
If automatic transmission cannot be completed on the production request form, you may be given the option to copy the request text or open a draft in your own email application. The unsent draft of this form is only temporarily retained in the current browser session and is deleted after successful transmission.
4. Processing purposes
The information you submit may be evaluated for the following purposes:
- To respond to your production or communication request
- To evaluate the product, quantity, sample, date and delivery scope
- To plan the quotation, sampling or subsequent production stages
- To maintain complete records and communications for your enquiry
- To fulfil legal obligations and protect rights in case of dispute
5. Lawful bases for processing
At your request, we may process your information to assess and establish a production or commercial relationship, perform an existing contract, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests without overriding your fundamental rights. We will provide further information and request consent before any separate use that requires explicit consent.
6. Sharing information and international processing
We may share your information only where necessary to assess your enquiry: with authorised Erten personnel; hosting, communications, email and IT service providers; analytics and advertising-measurement providers where you have consented; production or logistics partners required for the project; and legally authorised public bodies. Access to confidential product documents is restricted by role and need.
Production enquiries sent from the United Kingdom are received by the Erten team in Türkiye so that we can respond. If applicable data-protection law requires an additional international-transfer mechanism for a transfer to a service provider or business partner, the relevant adequacy decision, contractual safeguard and any necessary supplementary measures are determined before the transfer. 7. Retention
Contact and production-enquiry information is retained only for as long as necessary to respond, manage a potential commercial relationship, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights. At the end of the retention period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law and company retention policies.
8. Your rights and requests
Subject to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn whether it is being used for its intended purpose; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met; object to a result produced exclusively through automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Where UK data-protection law applies, you may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and not to be subject solely to automated decision-making, subject to the relevant conditions. You can contact Erten first; if you are dissatisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Send your request, with enough information to identify you and the nature of the request, to info@ertentekstil.com or to the postal address above. Valid requests are handled within the period required by applicable law, taking account of the nature of the request.
9. Cookies and preference management
The site language and cookie choice are stored in your browser. The language cookie is used for up to one year and the cookie preference for up to six months. An unsent production-enquiry draft is retained only for the browser-tab session. This essential storage supports core site functions and preserves your explicit choice.
When you give analytics consent, Microsoft Clarity is enabled to help us understand how visitors use the site, identify usability issues and improve the experience. Clarity loads only on the live website after analytics consent, and all form fields are masked in recordings. Your consent status is passed through Microsoft Clarity Consent API V2, and Clarity cookies are deleted when consent is withdrawn.
If you consent to analytics or marketing, website analytics and advertising-conversion measurement tags may be enabled through Google Tag Manager. Google Consent Mode initially sets analytics and advertising storage to denied; the tag container loads only after analytics or marketing consent. Campaign-attribution information is stored in your browser only with marketing consent, used for no more than 90 days after the last interaction, and deleted when consent is withdrawn.
You can change your choices at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of the page, and you can also delete stored data through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
10. Information security
We implement appropriate administrative and technical safeguards—including access controls, secure communication and need-to-know sharing—to reduce unauthorised access, loss and misuse of personal data.
The IP address visible when an enquiry is submitted is processed transiently in memory to limit abuse and excessive requests; it is not included in the contact email.

This information was updated on September 24, 2026. Text and cookie preferences are re-evaluated when there is a significant change in data processing methods or services used.
