Fit and wearing comfort
Where a motif is cut can change the perceived proportions of the garment. Review placement on the sample size so that key motifs do not disappear beneath the front closure or pocket as sizes change.
Printed Shirts
We develop the print scale, colour balance and motif placement alongside the garment pattern when bringing your artwork into a shirt collection. Production details are defined for both small motifs and all-over prints.

Style and colour options

Small motifs can work for casual and business collections. Select repeat density, colour contrast and the appearance inside the collar together.

Curved motifs create a more distinctive print direction. Choose motif scale, ground colour and button contrast together.

Large leaves and flowers stand out in summer collections. Mark their placement across the shirt front, pockets and sleeves on the technical drawing.

Printed Shirts
Fibre content, fabric surface and the intended colour effect guide the choice of printing method. Print approval is based on a sample made on the selected fabric.

Printed Shirts
Motif direction, repeat size and matching at pockets or front closures are specified in the tech pack. Colour references and usable artwork files are needed before cutting is planned.

Printed Shirts
Start with a reference garment, size chart or design file. We review styles, colours and size quantities alongside labels, packaging and the destination country. Sample approval, material availability and a written quotation establish the production scope.
Product development guide
Where a motif is cut can change the perceived proportions of the garment. Review placement on the sample size so that key motifs do not disappear beneath the front closure or pocket as sizes change.
Approve colour on a print sample made in the selected fabric, rather than from a screen. Record motif direction, print definition and any required pattern matching at seams in the approval file.
Assess print appearance after care, colour transfer and dimensional change alongside the selected printing process. If fabric and printing come from different suppliers, link their material codes and approval references.
Preparing for samples and a quote
If your tech pack is not ready, we can start with a well-fitting reference garment, measurements and visual references. Agree fabric, fit and trim approvals before production.

A shirt sales sample takes approximately 2-4 weeks; revisions and material sourcing may affect timing.
Shirt production to dispatch readiness takes approximately 3-6 weeks, planned once order scope, approvals and material preparation are complete.
before you decide
Provide artwork you have the right to use, together with repeat dimensions and colour references. The production scope is confirmed after approval of the print sample, placement and fabric suitability.
This depends on the print and garment construction. An all-over repeat and a specifically positioned motif require different planning. Marking priority placements helps establish the right cutting method and cost.
Flexible MOQ. Order quantities are assessed by style, fabric, colour and size distribution. Share your approximate quantity so we can review options that suit the materials and production plan.
Brand and care labels, packaging, destination country and delivery requirements are defined for each order. Transport, delivery terms, costs and timing are confirmed in the written quotation.
Start with the product type, approximate quantity and target date so we can plan the sample and production route.
