Fit and wearing comfort
Freedom of movement depends on balancing shoulder width, armholes and back width. Compare the untucked hem length, layering allowance and length increases between sizes on the sample.
Sport Shirts
We develop casual sport shirts with a comfortable fit, practical details and distinctive stitching for everyday and weekend collections. Season and layering needs guide the garment proportions.

Style and colour options

A soft collar and simple front provide a starting point for colour-led essentials. Button and stitching contrast can be selected separately.

Check scale adds character. Plan straight or diagonal pocket placement alongside the desired look and fabric consumption.

Pockets and flaps give the shirt a more functional character. Allow sufficient chest and sleeve room if it will be worn open over a T-shirt.

Sport Shirts
Cotton weaves, checks and textured fabrics are selected for weight, softness and care requirements. If a washed finish is requested, its suitability is assessed on a fabric sample.

Sport Shirts
Pockets, button-down collars, roll-up sleeve details and hem shapes are planned together. Shoulder mobility and chest ease are developed through the whole pattern, rather than width alone.

Start with a reference garment, size chart or design file. We review styles, colours and size quantities alongside labels, packaging and the destination country. Sample approval, material availability and a written quotation establish the production scope.
Product development guide
Freedom of movement depends on balancing shoulder width, armholes and back width. Compare the untucked hem length, layering allowance and length increases between sizes on the sample.
Pocket alignment, collar roll and visible topstitching shape the casual look. For a washed finish, compare colour, length and hem twisting against measurements taken before and after the process.
Assess the chosen soft finish together with the fabric's feel after care. If sleeves will be rolled or the shirt worn open, include the appearance of internal seams in the inspection checklist.
Preparing for samples and a quote
If your tech pack is not ready, we can start with a well-fitting reference garment, measurements and visual references. Agree fabric, fit and trim approvals before production.
Request a quote for this styleA shirt fit / buying sample takes approximately 3-7 working days, depending on product complexity, materials and complete technical inputs.
A shirt sales sample takes approximately 2-4 weeks; revisions and material sourcing may affect timing.
Shirt production to dispatch readiness takes approximately 3-6 weeks, planned once order scope, approvals and material preparation are complete.
before you decide
This category covers woven shirts for everyday wear. If your intended use requires technical performance, share the material specifications and testing requirements at the first discussion.
Fabric weight, sleeve length and pocket details can change while retaining a common fit reference. A heavier fabric may feel less roomy at the same measurements, so reassess the sample in the new material.
Flexible MOQ. Order quantities are assessed by style, fabric, colour and size distribution. Share your approximate quantity so we can review options that suit the materials and production plan.
Brand and care labels, packaging, destination country and delivery requirements are defined for each order. Transport, delivery terms, costs and timing are confirmed in the written quotation.
Start with the product type, approximate quantity and target date so we can plan the sample and production route.
