Erten production approach

Plan production around your brand, from fabric and fit to sampling and packaging.

Style and colour options

Choose your collection direction.

A white shirt can become businesswear, occasionwear or a casual style through its texture, shade and collar. Repeat-order consistency is especially important in essential product programmes. Approve colour and opacity on physical samples rather than photographs.

Fabric and collection direction

Cool or warm whites, fabric weights and surface appearances are compared using actual samples. Opacity depends on the chosen fabric and intended use, not weight alone.

Style-specific manufacturing details

Samples are checked for show-through from interlining, thread, buttons and labels. Pressing, folding and packaging details are specified to preserve a clean appearance.

From sample to order

Start with a reference garment, size chart or design file. We review styles, colours and size quantities alongside labels, packaging and the destination country. Sample approval, material availability and a written quotation establish the production scope.

Product development guide

The right sample. Clear decisions.

Fit and wearing comfort

Chest and waist strain are easy to see on plain white fabric. Compare different fits on the same wearer. Assess fabric and measurements together, distinguishing fabric sheerness from strain caused by a tight fit.

What to check on the sample

Inspect the shade of white, consistency between pieces and interlining visibility under the same lighting. Check layered areas at pockets, plackets and cuffs. Surface cleanliness before final pressing and packing is part of the appearance review.

Care, finishing and packing

Discuss expectations for preserving white alongside the selected fabric and finish. Assess colour transfer from contrasting buttons or labels during care. Include the suitability of packaging in contact with the garment in supply planning.

frequently asked
questions.

How is the same white shade tracked on repeat orders?

The approved fabric reference and colour requirements are recorded. Each new fabric batch is assessed against the agreed standard before production.

Can we approve a white shade using only a digital colour code?

A digital code can provide a starting reference, but is not sufficient on its own. Texture, finish and lighting change the perception of white. Define the target and acceptable range using a physical fabric or approval sample.

How is the minimum order determined?

Flexible MOQ. Order quantities are assessed by style, fabric, colour and size distribution. Share your approximate quantity so we can review options that suit the materials and production plan.

How are branding and international delivery planned?

Brand and care labels, packaging, destination country and delivery requirements are defined for each order. Transport, delivery terms, costs and timing are confirmed in the written quotation.
