Frequently asked questions when preparing a technical package

Can I create a technical package if my size chart is not ready?

Yes. Write the measurements you know, leave the others blank. Sample size, measurement points and tolerances can be clarified during the production meeting.

Are the same measurements used for shirts and pajamas?

No. The recommended measurement points change when you select the product type. In a pajama set with top and bottom pieces, it is useful to give measurements for both pieces.

Why is an email address required to download PDF?

Once the PDF is created, the same file is emailed to us for our production evaluation. Your contact address allows us to clarify any open technical questions with you.
