How to create a shirt or pajama tech pack online

I don't have a tech pack; What should I do first to contact the manufacturer?

First, describe the product in one sentence: make it clear who will wear it, what kind of stance you want, and whether you are preparing a shirt or a pajama set. If you don't have a model code, give it a temporary name. Not every measure needs to be completed at the first meeting; It is more useful to collect the information you know and open questions in the same place.

The task of the starter file is not to look perfect, but to reduce the difference in interpretation. Commercial information such as approximate quantity and delivery country should be shared as early as fabric and pattern decisions.

In what order should I enter information into the online editor?

First, type the model name, product type, target user, approximate quantity and delivery country. Then add the fabric content, weight, if any, and the colors you are considering. Explain collar, pocket, sleeve, button, label and packaging decisions in short sentences; Do not present unconfirmed details as confirmed.

The sample size and measurements you know are the next step. Chest, shoulder, length and sleeve of the shirt; The measurements of the upper and lower parts of the pajama set should be considered separately. If the measuring point or tolerance is not yet clear, leave it blank to clarify during the sample discussion.

What problem does uploading images solve?

A photo can show collar ratio, fabric texture or product fit that are difficult to describe. Upload front and back view, fabric close-up, color variant and detail images under separate titles. Indicate in the note which is inspiration alone and which is a certified reference.

Images do not replace the size chart. For example, while the pajama photo shows your desire for a comfortable fit, you should also write about the size matching of the top and bottom pieces.

What should I check after downloading the PDF?

Re-read the model code, color and size totals, country of delivery and image labels. When the design changes, proceed with the new release date and change description. The final measurement and material decision is not considered to have been made until sample approval is given.
