Why does a reorder require a new verification?
Reordering the same model code does not mean that all production conditions have not changed. The fabric lot, accessory supplier, color tone, size distribution, or packaging requirements may differ.
Therefore, reordering is a continuation process where the previous production record is used as the starting reference, but the current inputs are rechecked.
Key references to be protected
The final approved sample, current size chart, and material codes must be stored under the same model ID. A temporary exception accepted in a previous order should not be interpreted as a permanent product standard.

Do not assume the changed material is equivalent
