02What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single public MOQ for every project. The workable quantity is confirmed after reviewing the style, colour and size split, materials and production window.
03How long does a shirt sample take?
The planning reference for a fit or buying sample is approximately 3–7 working days once the product scope and required materials are aligned. Timing is confirmed for each style.
04Can compliance and quality records be reviewed?
Yes. Current, in-scope and shareable records can be reviewed with authorised buyers. Erten is a Sedex member; Sedex membership is not presented as a certification.
