Why is the same total quantity evaluated differently?
Plan your total order quantity by style, colour and size. Splitting the same total across more styles and colours reduces the quantity in each production group; fabric sourcing, cutting preparation and production planning are assessed against this breakdown.
Each order breakdown can have different fabric sourcing, cutting setup, custom trim and colour requirements. Include a style-by-colour breakdown in your quote request alongside the total quantity.
Three ways to plan an order with Flexible MOQ
For available fabrics, first confirm colours and quantities in stock. Custom fabrics or colours need a separate sourcing assessment. Repeat orders may use the previous product standard, but fabric batches and timing must be reconfirmed.
